Extreme budget. This deck try's to play a bunch of instants and sorceries that make tokens until you can play your commander. Once you play the commander wait a turn till you have mana. Then pump all of the tokens and sacrifice them to get tons of spells. Many spells are pump spells so you can pump Kylox to do commander damage. There are evasion spells in to make him unblockable and a couple draw spells. If you play test this please leave suggestions on how to get mana to play kylox on an earlier turn or to help the balance of the instants and sorceries, but keep the budget in mind. From when I have play tested it, it usually wins around turn 10 assuming there is no interaction from my opponents. Thank you.
