Deck that withers your opponent's down using 0/1 and 1/1 pingers. This deck uses a lot of instants with pingers that untap when you use them allowing a ton of damage if played correctly.

Aggro/ goblin decks,
Defender decks
This deck struggles against:
Mono-green / big monsters,
Board wipes or damage to all creatures
Tactics for deck:
-Save pingers until the end of your opponent's turn.
-Ping creatures in response to attacking or buffing it, if someone tries to enchant a creature, you can before that happens ping it to death, then the enchant has no legal target so it goes directly into the graveyard
-Use Jace in combination with niv-mizzet
-Use draw card instants in combination with niv-mizzet
-Try to be as efficient as possible with pingers (Example- to kill a 6/6 creature that is attacking you, you can tap 2 Gelectrodes, then use Dead on that creature, causing the Gelectrodes to untap so you can finish off the 6/6
