Here it is, splinter twin in standard. Will it get banned? Probably. I tried to mirror the modern splinter twin shell as closely as possible. This goes for a control build with plenty of draw power to get your cats and pw's quickly. Considering adding green for oath of Nissa to dig harder for Saheeli.
