This is a very simple rat tribal deck. Play Bontu's Monument to make the rats cheaper, Dark Tutelage for card draw, and hit your opponent with an army of Rat Colony and Pack Rat. Use Whip of Erebos to give your rats lifelink and Marrow-Gnawer to double your rats (great suggestion Scion_of_Darkness). If you don't have that much money to spend, I suggest replacing Metallic Mimic, Pack Rat, and Marrow-Gnawer with more Rat Colony.
