A budget deck that is kind of slow to play against my friend who also have kind of slow decks.

The idea is simple, get the Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant on the battlefield and then pop tokens to proc them until you can get either Cliffhaven Vampire or Bloodbond Vampire out to finish it. And some control to keep them from getting out of hands while I get the piece in motion.
