This is basically the Elementals deck I played back in Lorwyn-Shadowmoor Standard (Type 2). While I don't remember the exact list, this is close to how it would have been built. The main cards are here.

The idea is to cheat out fat Trample Elementals with Haste using Incandescent Soulstoke and Impromptu Raid while using Flamekin Harbinger and Cream of the Crop to stack your deck. Cream of the Crop essentially lets you "Scry 10" off a Nova Chaser. Since you are putting cards on the bottom of the library, at a certain point, you've stacked your whole deck and can feel when a card is coming. And when you aren't stacking via Scrying, your're stacking via tutoring with Flamekin Harbinger. Also since Standard is a slower format, you could often get to 6 mana and cast Impromptu Raid twice per turn, usually during your upkeep, to get sweet Haste Trampler value before drawing your card for the turn (which you also stacked with Cream of the Crop).

Alpha striking with the team and tapping their blockers with a cheated in Timbermare was also great fun! Or casting Timbermare, "scrying" 5, cheating in another creature such as Horde of Notions with Impromptu Raid, and then swinging for usually 10+ with no opposition was also pretty neat. Overall a very explosive deck which fills me with nostalgia for simpler times.
