This was a deckbuilding challenge put to me by a friend.

Colours: Jeskai Mechanic: Aggro/burn Must have 4 Mantis Riders.

I've played around with it a bit but not sure exactly what direction to take it. I am keeping it budget as this is a deck I'll likely want to play at the table, and I try to stick to sub-$100USD where I can.
