Hey Guys! So this is a fun, casual BUDGET Mono-White Blink Deck that I made and plan to build. The object of this deck is to use "blink effects" such as Cloudshift and Felidar Guardian in order to bring a creature back, triggering another ETB effect (Enter the Battlefield effect)

So let's go over some of the card choices in this deck:

Blink Targets

These are the heavy-hitters of the deck. Costing lots of mana, you will either get extreme value out of it by hard casting (Sun Titan), or it won't cost a lot at all by abusing a little trick with morphs. These morph creatures are the 2 of Sagu Mauler and 2 Akroma, Angel of Fury. Without the proper mana, you won't be able to hard cast either of them. The trick is to morph them down so that you play them for (3), and blink them flipped back over. I don't know about you, but I like a 6/6 trample hexproof for 4; don't you?

Blinkers

These are the blinkers, the namesake of the deck. Cards like Cloudshift with a one time blink, and Felidar guardian with a possible infinite blink combo going off. Other cards like Flickerwisp and Eerie Interlude from Shadows over Innistrad are also blinkers but more delayed, needing to wait until the next end phase.

Value Creatures

These cards are early blink targets, and get lots of value after blinking them. Blade Splicer is a 2W for a 1/1, but makes a 3/3 golem upon ETB, and gives all golems first strike. Blink multiple times for an army of golems waiting to crush your opponent! Epochrasite is also an early value creature, as blinking in an Epochrasite allows it to become a 4/4 easily, as it wasn't cast from your hand. Thraben Inspector can also be blinked for extra card draw off the clues

Other

Endless Sands is an alternative one-time blink, only to really be used in emergency situations, where you really need a blink and 6 mana is fine to spend. Included 2 because what's the harm?

Reciprocate is a one-mana white removal spell. Obviously, a budget deck won't run "Path to Exile" and I saw that this card had a cool, budget full-art promo, so I had to include it.

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit is a 2-of for an infinite combo enabler. While rare, a two-of Felidar guardian infinite blink can give all creatures on your field infinite +1/+1 counters, and so attacking with it after the combo usually results in a win. Even without the combo, the Kin-Tree spirit is still value, bolstering every time a creature is hard-cast or blinked (aside from golems)

Tempered Steel is a weird inclusion, but it is just to pump up all our golems. This is usually used in conjunction with card:Precursory Golem in the maybeboard, but I felt like including it was cool. I found myself generating lots and lots of golems during most games, and a +2/+2 boost for 3 mana is definitely worth it. This card can also be swapped out for Panharmonicon, a new hard from Kaladesh which doubles all the ETB effects.

This deck is always open to suggestions, so post any down below if you have any!

(and yes, try not to recommend anything already in the maybeboard.)
