Good improvements. But Cloudkin Seer is strictly better then Tome Raider . If you want to try another walker in here Vraska, Swarm's Eminence or Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor or Dovin, Hand of Control will help you bide your time. Keeper of Fables could get you more card draw. Silverback Shaman is ultra cheap less then 20 cents. Gargos, Vicious Watcher while you have no synergy and comes in at around 50 cents is and 8/7 for 6 mana.

I might add Ajani, the Greathearted and Pledge of Unity because you don't have many ways to get +1/+1 counters on your creatures in the first place (with a total of 6 cards that actually have something to do with counters). I would cut your Silverback Shaman s, Aggressive Mammoth s, your Silhana Wayfinder , and one of your Woodland Champion s for 3x Ajani's, and 4x Pledge of Unity's. Your land count is also way too low. 19 lands is not nearly enough to play on curve. Adding more would definitely increase the decks fluidity. Cutting your Law-Rune Enforcer s and your Hunted Witness s to add more lands could be a great start!

Heya! I'm somewhat a decent player at modern and wanna make another deck! It'll be a ramp deck with elementals. I already have cards planned but need ideas for removals and such. I think some of these cards will work out. Hopefully! Let me know what you guys think!
