Basically just "endstep". do a gatherer search for "endstep" in and see what you can find. Here are a few other good ones.

Elemental Mastery

Flameshadow Conjuring

Impromptu Raid

Killer Instinct

Planeswalker's Mischief

Psychic Vortex

Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded

Sneak Attack

Underworld Breach

Hey Darkersun! My main suggestions are about the numbers of each card type in your deck:

36 lands - this usually seems low to me in any EDH deck. Especially for a deck without Sol Ring, Arbor Elf, or Life from the Loam. But even with those, I know a friend's Doran deck instantly became more consistent with the addition of 1 or 2 lands. This can be a personal thing, but there are also so many cycling lands or lands that sac to do extra things that I feel like extra lands is never a problem even in my decks that run 40.

Too many non-creatures (and certainly too many enchantments). Consider how many of your non-creatures have the word "your creature" on them. If you don't have a creature in play or one ready to sacrifice, those cards are pretty much dead. I'm not sure what the exact ratios are, but maybe something like 4 creatures for every one non-creature that references your creatures? How many sac outlets do you want too? Luckily Sek'kuar is great at supporting a large number of sac outlets.

My suggestions for cuts would be:

Fallen Ideal - seems like the worst sac outlet in your deck.

Killer Instinct - classic example of "needs creatures" card being bad. There's a 36% chance for this to trigger every turn.. Do you really want something that only does something every 3 turns?

Added some more options to get creatures on the battlefield: Lurking Predators & Killer Instinct, need to see how well they work.They seem to go well with Viscera Seer

Also added Elemental Bond ever creature with power 3 or more is a card, so good to get Graveborn Tokens now.

Maybe I should replace Fecundity with Smothering Abomination, it is more limited, but it does not give others draw. And I may have to many enchantments at the moment. Need to test more

Hey there, my wife plays a Mayael Beat Down deck and it's very competitive in multiplayer. Two key things are we don't rely on Mayael alone to get the job done. We trick a lot of creatures into play and use alternate win cons. Some cards I suggest are Mana Reflection , Mirari's Wake , Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger for ramp. For cheating fatties in Hunting Grounds , Sneak Attack , Lurking Predators , Killer Instinct among others. Check out deck:06-08-16-mayael-the-anima for more ideas, that is my deck.
