Have you ever wanted to get out some creatures, but don't have enough mana to pay for them? Well, using this guide that won't be a problem again. This is a semi-complete list of all the different cards to cheat out creatures from you graveyard, hand, and library. I looked through tons of forums and lists so you don't have too. With one tool, you can search for any cards that you need. If I am missing anything please tell me. I hope this helps! For a card to qualify for this list it has to put a creature into play while paying no or a reduced mana cost. If your not sure if a card fits, juts comment and I'll look it over.
