Good start. There's definitely some cuts you can make, even if you stay budget freindly. There's several utility lands that can go in here that aren't bad on the wallet. Cabal Stronghold is the budget Cabal Coffers.Bojuka Bog, the cycling lands, Reliquary Tower Myriad Landscape to name a few. You could probably cut Undead Servant, Covenant of BloodFlesh to Dust and Pharika's Spawn for some better choices. Sidisi, Undead Vizier will be an all-star in here. Not the cheapest but not bank braking ( at least last I checked.) Worth the investment. Death Baron could fill another slot.

Nice idea, but I don't think Covenant of Blood is a good card, maybe Tendrils of Corruption or Corrupt are better ideas for this deck. And some Barren Moor for draws.

A few extra ways to manipulate your top deck for better cascades:
Descendant of Soramaro
Lim-Dul's Vault
Noxious Revival
Also, I think you could get more out of your cascade triggers with some convoke cards, Endless Obedience, Covenant of Blood, Unmake the Graves, Nissa's Expedition and Feral Incarnation seem to fit okay

You can take out the 4 Boon of Erebos and put in 4 Unnatural Endurance. You could also try Soul Spike over the Covenant of Blood because it does require you to essentially skip a combat step. Soul Spike is also instant speed.
