I had two ideas, so I made two cards.

Tryptic There's also Riftsweeper. Two cards from the anything-goes-ness of Time Spiral Block.

Tryptic No, that's me not checking for redundancy. The Alt Win hub is older, so I'm closing down the Alternate Win hub.

The Indomitable could be a decent commander. Draws more cards, but won't protect your creatures. Considering you have so many unblockable creatures, the protection may not be so necessary.

I think I would put my eye on the Mistford River Turtles, since 4 mana is a big ask and their role overlaps a little with Umezawa. I'm not sure if they provide big wins in the late game though.
If it were me personally, I would cut one Mistford, one Dragon Turtle, and one Fecund Greenshell for two Umezawas and one Tower Defense. Umezawa brings the whole deck lower to the ground and has negative synergy with the Greenshells, and as for Tower Defense, you don't necessarily need a lot of them: if the opponent knows you have it in your deck, every single attacking/blocking decision becomes torture for them.
With that said, Umezawa can make games shockingly fast so you might want only one copy just for fun's sake. Turtles that win too fast are a bit odd.

I'm sorry that it's harsh, but I'm confident that it's correct. Look here: https://mtg.dawnglare.com/?p=lands&decksize=75&landmin=23&landmax=30&carddraw=7&maxturns=5
This deck has only a 56% chance of making the first 3 land drops (needed to play Glistening Sphere), and that includes the chances of drawing a land. If you avoid gambling on a starting hand with 2 or fewer lands, more than half of this deck's starting hands are dead.
By any chance are you playing this deck on Arena? Because Arena cheats extra lands into your starting hand; it isn't fully random. If that's the case, then I guess there's nothing wrong with playing the game the way it's set up...it just won't work in paper unless you take extra mulligans.

Okay cool. That makes sense. I see that it got archived as #1 position today in Pauper actually!!! Epic.
