I really cant decide what to play

Please help I cant seem to find a commander that fits me too well. I have played so many commanders and they just get 'old'. I am making a jeleva deck but I have enough to make another deck so here i am. One of my fav things in magic is casting stuff for free so ive tried gishath an narset and they just didnt fit. Ive tried decks like atraxa (multiple ways). Ive tried theft with bolas and ive tried goodstuff decks in esper. ive tried brago. ive tried lord windgrace, jodah, arcades, vaevictus, kaalia, oloro, gahiji, sidisi. ive tried so many commanders. please i dont mind jank and i want something fun in a pod of 4.

If you like casting stuff for free, there are lots of fun stuff you can do with Aluren . Its a bit pricey, but there are different ways you can go with it.

I have a fondness for casting stuff for free/cheap as well. I've played Kaalia of the Vast , Zur the Enchanter and Narset, Enlightened Master in the past. Kaalia was one of my first edh decks, but ended up being built into Aurelia, the Warleader for my wife. I thought she was fun. Zur and Narset felt too repetitive after a while tho
These days I'm very much enjoying Rashmi, Eternities Crafter , and one of my longest running decks is Animar, Soul of Elements
My rashmi list is built to control then combo, but simic can be built so many different ways. Same with temur, my list has combos but as with any creature deck you can always shoot for creature damage ftw

Have you considered building a deck that just doesn't care about the commander? I run 5 color pillowfort with Progenitus and almost never cast him. Granted, that may be a poor example but there are edh decks that don't revolve around the commander. Just a thought.

No, no, no.... I am the master of decks that always are dynamic (they don't always win but they just seem to stay fresh!)... & I say, sez I: That Etali, Primal Storm is the master of freecast, who always plays different, and is just a blast.

you could give Kess, Dissident Mage a try, shes pretty flexible and powerful.
Also you could play Tatyova, Benthic Druid , shes a fun one that can make big bois, or just otk people with Labratory Maniac and etc, im making a deck of her real soon, and can post my list if you want.

Try out Marchesa, the Black Rose , super fun deck. My list is based around ETB and sac effects along with temporary steal effects that turn into permanent effects with Marchesa's ability. There's a lot of stuff you can do with her, she's pretty adaptable for a creature-based deck

Can Someone help me?
I am new to Magic, I am playing with a standard Dinosaur Deck (Hutali Dinosaur Knight)
and most of my friends play casual with these old over powered cards. Can anyone
give me ideas for a casual Deck I can build to even the odds?

Well, if you want to cast stuff for free, I could have a solution.
Jhoira of the Ghitu has been one of my favourite Commanders for some years and trust me, being in the position of "possibly dropping Emrakul turn 4" is always fun.
My deck, specifically, is not built only around Jhoira , but is instead packed full of all the other "cast stuff for free" effects I could find, in addition to having some countermagic. It's the ultimate High Risk - High Reward deck I have, and it's truly fun to pilot. Check it out: Drag from the Future.

Casting stuff for free... hmm. Narset, Enlightened Master or Etali, Primal Storm are options.
