I would like to build a crazy commander deck; fun to play, a casual approach and with mad interactions. But overall a good time for the whole board.
Where every game can be played totally different. I have seen a few old options from posts years old. But if you have something relevant, I would love to see your decklist or hear about commanders that fit this profile. Thanks!
My favorite commander is Norin the Wary. He is insanely fun to play. Check this link out for an example.

I would use EDHREC.com and use their "Build a sample decklist feature" to test the waters of decks. Do try to look at commanders other than the most popular ones, because those tend to be very consistent and invariant.

I'm just starting to build a deck around Adamaro, First to Desire. He's pretty fun and can be crazy.

I was thinking of something like Zedruu the Greathearted. But I am not sure yet. I usually have the tendency of getting it as good as possible again. And I want to avoid turning it into something really competitive.
I want to do silly things and 'blow' my opponents away in some weird tactic xD Sometimes it could end up in doing something epic, while other games it cold blow up in my own face... casual :)

I know a lot of people who like Zedruu the Greathearted. I'm not a big fan though. I've been working on a Horobi, Death's Wail deck that is really fun to bring in and completely turn the game upside down. Vhati il-Dal can also be fun with Pestilence or other pinging effects. If you can't tell, I enjoy playing black. What colors do you like and I'll tell you some of the weirder commanders I like in those colors?

Ruhan of the Fomori for absolute chaotic Multi. Load him up, roll a dice to pick an opponent, and weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

MikeNovak: I've never played with Ruhan of the Fomori, but the one time I got to play against him it was really fun. The guy I played against had a stax/voltron build that was crazy.

RealShoppingCart I've always wanted to build a crazy chaos build with him. He's so much fun to play against in Multi, and I bet he'd be absurd in a 1v1.

RealShoppingCart You're in the perfect colors to search up equipment. Fireshrieker + Inquisitor's Flail and one of the many ways to make him unblockable.

MikeNovak: I already have a Tajic, Blade of the Legion voltron deck that is really fun and fairly competitive. Adding the blue could help with protecting my things with counters and add better draw to the deck.

@ RealShoppingCart : I like to play with red with one or two extra colors. Doesnt matter which ones.
@ JKLawson89 : That one is fun yes! But I want to give it a try with red and some other colors added. Red is the only one I really want to have aboard.

PartyJ: Some of my favorite red commanders that are both fun to play and fun to play against are Arjun, the Shifting Flame(card draw for days), Diaochan, Artful Beauty(great political commander), Intet, the Dreamer(free things are fun), Ruhan of the Fomori(random voltron), Tariel, Reckoner of Souls(random opponent reanimator), and Xira Arien(another fun political commander).

What about Squee, Goblin Nabob? in a artifact style deck. Use creature board clears to keep the opponents down, and beef squee up with artifacts, and even better - blanket style enchantments. Give him death touch or something crazy like Akroma's Memorial combined with instants that beef. Give him fire breathing too! Hah. Idk. I just love good old Squee.

PartyJ: you should build Ezuri, Claw of Progress EDH.
Its pretty casual, while having some combos and some insane synergy!
PS: my list on the site is not actually the list I use. That was a beta build and i forget to update it.
