A Casual Scars Block Deck that uses the Golem token strategy to swarm the board, tempered steel to buff all the golems and myrs, apostles blessing for defense and offense. I'd advise against xenograft and use tempered steel in this deck because, you dont want to give your 1/1 Splicers flying and first strike but better buff your golems to 5/5s or 7/7s or 3 5/5s if you play a precursor golem for 5 mana and 3/3 myrs are not to be underestimated.

Master Splicer could buff your golems even more and give your splicers +1/+1 aswell if you should play xenograft, but i would not recommend it.

Mimic Vat is also often seen in these kind of decks because you can spam your splicers for 3 mana each turn, which is in my opinion quite expensive, and i find blinking them quicker. Glimmerpoint Stag can also can blink target permanent, which means maybe removing a threat and attacking for lethal for a turn, blink your splicers and many things more.
