Primarily white +1 Counter Combo with blue as support with "Card Draw" and Counter Spells.

Main strategy is to get +1 counters on as many creatures\tokens as possible then press on for the win. This is achieved through the outlast ability or Phalanx Leader Heroic Ability.

Phalanx Leader is definately the most important creature in this deck as he can give +1 counters on everyone.
