Getting back into Magic, but wanting to re-create my old burn deck. Splashing White for Boros Charm and Lightning Helix.

Ideally opening hand will have an Ensnaring Bridge in it and the lands needed, or any of the 16 Lightning Bolt-esque cards. I am counting Vexing Devil in that because he is either a 4 point burn spell or a beefy creature.

I am open to any suggestions, the mana base is kind of jank right now though so bear with me.

As for a sideboard, I play EDH, we don't need not stinkin' sideboard in that format, so I'm lost.
