Sideboard

This is what I call "building aggro". That's a one drop 1/2 soldier? ok I won't worry about it. Two turns later it's a 7/11 flyer?!?!The trick with this deck is keeping your mana balanced and protecting what you're building. Even gigantor can be pathed. This deck turns out to be pretty useful against infect, since the creatures are continually getting bigger anyway, blocking for neg counters isn't going to affect them much.Going against burn, I'd suggest waiting till turn two or three to lay out a creature so you can ramp it up right away, out of the range of lightning bolt. And that's what Leyline of Sanctity is for.Meddling Mage is a great sideboard option against U/B control because it's pretty cheap and his effect lasts the whole game. Favored Hoplites I switch out with the Cavalry Pegasus(i?) depending on how quick I think the game is going to progress. Same with Aqueous Form and Artful Dodge. I like Artful Dodge because I can get two +1/+1 counters out of it, but it doesn't last as long as Aqueous Form, or give the benefit of scrying, which can make or break the game when everything goes to the field so quickly. Bonds of Faith is probably one of my favorite cards for this deck, because at first it seems useless, but when almost all of my creatures of human and yours are not, it can either help me pump a soldier or pacify something devastating you thought you just unleashed.Eel Umbras also work nicely with the Favored Hoplites.Hindering Light is good Path to Exile protection. I like sticking to basic lands because of the recent rampant land destruction, but I do try to play the duals tapped first turn if I don't have any one drops in my opening hand. I like this deck because it can be molded to work against almost anything and is pretty simple; pump, kill, repeat.
