Killer combo is Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood. Once they are on the board, any attack from a lifelink creature or ding from Chalice of Life   wins on the spot. Duress can help get ahead of any counters and Diabolic Tutor to dig up what I need most.

Liliana of the Dark Realms is mostly misdirection, but helps weed out the Swamps to get to power cards faster and build up Lashwrithe

Drudge Skeletons and Will-o'-the-Wisp provide cheap effective persistent cover from creature attacks, Royal Assassin helps discourage attacks and Vampire Nighthawk is a strong flyer that can trigger the win condition.

It is a little slow, but there is a good amount of fast and effective defense. Life gain all over the place helps outlast while strength ramps up and a win can be secured as early as T6 with the right flop.
