one last card for a suggestion, Borrowing 100,000 Arrows with all the restrictions on untapping and making everything come in tapped, it could very easily read 3 mana draw 7

matrix1312 I do like that suggestion! Borrowing 100,000 Arrows is pretty cool. I also wonder if it's might be too situational, and whether something like Well of Lost Dreams or Treasure Cruise would be better if I am dedicating another slot to card draw. if you are thinking about Treasure Cruise , maybe consider Dig Through Time instead, nothing feels better than delving away all your relevant stuff when an opponent casts a Diluvian Primordial or a Sepulchral Primordial

I would suggest running Vampiric Tutor or Enlightened Tutor . They help you get a lock faster and easier than having to draw into the pieces. I still suggest Iona, Shield of Emeria . she only costs 1 more than Avacyn, and is way more synergistic with your deck than Avacyn.
