Okay, hear me out...

Turn Two Conspicuous Snoop.

Turn Three Boggart Harbinger grabbing Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. Since he isn't legendary, the Snoop can now tap to make a copy of himself with Haste. Keep having those copies make copies until you have a billion Snoop tokens. Since the newest one is always untapped, use the last one to make a copy of Boggart Harbinger instead. The Harbinger token grabs Sling-Gang Lieutenant or Mogg Fanatic, all your Snoop tokens can now be immediately thrown at your opponent's face. That's game.

Note that Goblin Recruiter can prime the whole combo if you stack Conspicuous Snoop > Boggart Harbinger > Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. Just make sure you have access to three mana before you do so.

Aether Vial lets you go instant speed at a moment's notice. If the combo falls apart, goblins can always do the classic Attack-Your-Face Plan B.
