My version of Gim's great budget pirate Favorable Winds deck, Favorable Pirates (Ultra Budget <$15).

I wanted to try a budget tempo deck, and Gim's seemed great. I made a few changes that I thought could be beneficial. Mainly added Skyship Plunderer for some increased counters on Storm Fleet Aerialist and Siren Lookout. While I do not want to spend crazy cash upgrading this deck, suggestions would be very much appreciated. I am tempted to make it a Black/Blue deck, but for now I wish to keep it a blue tempo deck.
