Strategy: 1. Hold off your opponent with Fog Bank for blocking, Waterfront Bouncer bounce creatures, Seal of Removal bounce creatures and the counters: Force of Will , Counterspell and Thwart . 2. Bring Rising Waters into play and protect it with your counterspells. 3. Tap his lands with Rishadan Port and with the Island return cards Gush , Thwart and Daze plus Eye of Ramos for extra mana, you should have the mana advantage. 4. Kill your opponent slowly with Sea Drake.

For the sideboard: Hoodwink against artifact and enchantment decks. Bribery against strong creature decks (i.e. Emrakul, the Aeon's Thorn). Brainstorm against discard decks. Stinging Barrier against token decks. Jace, Unraveler of Secrets against slow decks. Mental Misstep against against full use mana decks. Ponder against discard decks.
