Honestly, this deck kind of built itself.

It began with a simple quest: to use and abuse Mystic Remora as best I could. The first obvious card was Kor Skyfisher , to bounce Remora and replay it without its age counters. Then I considered the cards that are good with Skyfisher, including Arcum's Astrolabe , Prophetic Prism , and Glint Hawk . So now, we're basically looking at Boros Monarch with blue instead of red.
