First off, this deck typically wins around turn 2 or 3; however it is definitely possible to win on turn 1.
The win-con here is Painter's Servant + Grindstone. Since Painter's Servant simply makes every card the same color in addition to its other colors, you use grindstone to mill your opponent's entire deck.
Here it is:Turn 1 - Cast a Lotus Petal/exile Simian Spirit Guide/ exile Elvish Spirit Guide, lay down a Swamp, then cast two Dark Rituals. Spend the 4 of the floating mana to cast Grindstone and Painter's Servant(choose any color, it doesn't matter). Use the final 2 floating mana to activate the Grindstone FTW. However, you could also use any combination of mana-gen cards in order to get 6 mana; but the description was just for you to get the gist of it.

Mana-gen: 1. Dark Ritual's main purpose is stated above 2. Cabal Ritual's purpose is the exact same as Dark Ritual. It's only here because it's the closest card to a Dark Ritual. 3. Elvish Spirit Guide is good mana-gen for Manamorphose or Wild Cantar, but can also be used to simply contribute to casting the win-cons. 4. Simian Spirit Guide's purpose is the exact same as the above. 5. Lotus Petal is amazing because it can be used towards everything. 6. Manamorphose acts as two things. One, mana-gen to get black mana or cast another Manamorphose. Two, it acts as a cantrip. This is extremely useful, as you may not have the win-cons. 7. I threw Rain of Filth in because if the game is taking longer than you'd like(turn 3, 4, 5), then simply cast it, empty your lands, and sac all of them lands for casting the win-cons. 8. Wild Cantor is in this deck for the same reason as Manamorphose, except that it doesn't cantrip.
Tutors: At first, I put in Rhystic Tutor in here, but then realized it useless. 1. The Enlightened Tutor is to search for the Grindstone and the Painter's Servant, if you don't have them. 2. The Mystical Tutor is for fetching either Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual(preferably Dark Ritual), Enlightened Tutor(mentioned above), or even Manamorphose if you need it.
Miscellaneous: 1. Gitaxian Probe is a pure cantrip to help get the cards that you want.
Lands: 1. Swamp is simply to provide the black mana. 2. Forests are for the Manamorphoses and [Wild Cantar]s.
