UPDATE: Removed red entirely from this deck, made it more aggro with a focus on Spirit beatdown. Switching to UW made the deck a lot more consistent.

I also temporarily removed the sideboard to show how relatively cheap this deck is to build, if you remove the Selfless Spirit and Spell Queller, it falls in the $50 range which in my opinion makes this an easily accessible deck.

The Sprits of Eldritch Moon do a wonderful job of keeping the opponent's board under your control. Essence Flux alongside Topplegeist ensures creatures are tapped, Rattlechains to to give Hexproof, and Spell Queller for a built in counter.
