Changed out a few cards to add a bit more removal.
And yes, I realize there are probably better mono green commanders out there. If I wanted to play them, I would. But I chose Nissa.

I, too, fail to understand the choice of commander here.
Also, if your stated plan is full-on ramp, why overlook many of the most efficient options? Llanowar Elves, Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, Boreal Druid, Joraga Treespeaker, Farhaven Elf, Search for Tomorrow, Rampant Growth, Nature's Lore, Ranger's Path, Explosive Vegetation

Because fuck those guys. If you want to play with Nissa, play with Nissa.
Both Rings of Brighthearth and The Chain Veil are good in flip walkers.

As far as ramp goes, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Omnath, Locus of Mana or Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger make more efficient commanders. Even Patron of the Orochi can be a solid commander if ramping into giant creatures is your plan. Nissa is sub-par at ramping, and at best you get a planeswalker with okay abilities after she flips.
