If you're wanting to build a Narset Autopilot deck, I will give you this advice with a warning: be prepared to be the hated player at the table.

So, A few things. You queue up Omniscience and Enter the Infinite, then what? lose. Thats what. Unless you can guarantee you can get enough combat phases, you deck yourself. Seems kind of bad. Youre deck is designed to play stuff form the top of your library, not from your hand. I'd recommend cutting both of these cards.

Also, land count. Its too low. Your deck wants Narset down AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Otherwise you lose. 27 lands is FAR too low. 37 is a good number. And cut the Azorius Chancery, it screams "Strip Mine!".

Now to your ramp suite. same thing going on there. You need lots of ramp. You have 8 ramp cards. Double that number. Things like Boros Signet, Azorius Signet, Izzet Signet, Chromatic Lantern, Mana Vault, Thran Dynamo, Worn Powerstone are all really good.

Now, Cursed Totem, Defense Grid, stuff like that are really good. I would also recommend looking into an Eldrazi Conscription, however they are a bit expensive. Even just a Spirit Mantle though, it makes your general unblockable and increases the damage output.

I have played against a full spec Narset deck before (running Temporal Manipulation and Capture of Jingzhou) and I know how brutal they can be. Just know, you will be targetted.
