This is my first-ever deck with MTG. I'm trying to figure out how to make it as fast as possible, because the people I play against usually win on turn 3 or 4.

I'm new to this whole "deckbuilding" thing, so I'm not extremely familiar with all of the abilities and cards yet, but suggestions on how I can maximize the effectiveness of this deck would be most appreciated.

The goal of this deck is to eventually incorporate various cards that add mana to the mana pool for low/no cost and ramp up my mana so that I can play a card like Grapeshot and deal a huge amount of damage.

I'm eventually wanting this deck to be a turn 1 or 2 win, but I'm on a tight budget, so.... suggestions anyone?
