Zada, Hedron Grinder and Mirrorwing Dragon copy instants and sorceries onto every other creature on the board, which generates twice as many wolves for each instant played (for one mana)... And that's if there's only one Silverfur Partisan on the battlefield.
Play Cackling Counterpart to double your wolves (including any and all Silverfur Partisans).
Play Expedite to draw as many cards as creatures you control but BE CAREFUL! ...We don't want to mill ourselves into losing the game!
Play Tower Above to remove problem creatures from the game (and increase the amount of wolf tokens on the battlefield if Silverfur Partisan is in play).
Finally, play Appeal to give every creature TRAMPLE and +X/+X, where X is the number of creatures you control and swing for game.
If you don't have that many creatures out, you can always play Become Immense (an instant) at any time to surprise your opponent when defending, or attacking, to remove problem cards from the field or deal critical damage to your opponent.
Quick side note: Tower Above DOES WORK with Zada, Hedron Grinder and Mirrorwing Partisan (and by works, I mean it is copied onto every other creature you control) because the card itself ONLY TARGETS one creature; however, it allows you to remove specific creatures from the game (even those with indestructable because of wither) because it gives the target of Tower Above the ability: "When this creature attacks, target creature blocks it this turn if able."

I took out Krenko, Mob Boss, Dragon Fodder, and Hordeling Outburst. Added Serum Visions, Birds of Paradise, Young Wolf, and Become Immense.
