So here's another one of my super-budget decks, this one being focused primarily on the new Dash mechanic and how broken it can be when exploited.

The main strategy is get Impact Tremors and Warbringer out and just start dashing all over everyone. If possible you also want to hard cast an Ambuscade Shaman or two to get additional +2/+2s every time you dash someone in. Collateral Damage is just as much a spot removal/finishing last few points of damage as it is a way to say screw you to anyone trying to kill your creatures. You attack and someone flashes in a blocker you didn't expect? Sac your critter and make 'em pay! Also has Ultimate Price for more removal and Dragon Fodder for cheap Tremors-related damage.

Any suggestions will be welcomed as long as they're cheap! Had to raise the price from $10 to $15 since some of the cards have been climbing so I just went ahead and added better cards since it was already over $10 anyway, hence the Mardu Strike Leaders which are necessary for any dash deck.
