I like the general idea of the deck i will have to suggest the use of dissipate with the electromancer you get a counterspell that exiles so it can be devastating, if you can get a couple of Thundermaw Hellkites in their for late game that would be cool and sleep to keep other creature heavy decks in check. +1 from me

i think that you should at least play with 2 Desperate Ravings in it, since they also dicard cards you can flashback. But nice deck idea :)

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but you appear to only have 1 playset without flashback... Is the Snapcaster really necessary? I know he might make things cheaper, but he'll also add his own cost to the cost... It seems like another creature might be better here.

I would run Nivix Guildmage because not only does he have the ability of Desolate Lighthouse , but he also can copy spells, making Talrand, Sky Summoner even better. Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius would also be great in this deck. Since you want things in your graveyard, i think that Desperate Ravings would be better than Think Twice in this deck.
