Very simple strategy. You've got lots of mana elves, and you want to get at least one of each of them out. Once you do, you can double their numbers with Doubling Chant and boost their power with other cards. Garruk Wildspeaker provides a nice finishing tactic, and Shaman of Forgotten Ways makes it easier to overrun your opponent. This deck has no ability to cope with a good removal strategy, so I dubbed it a casual deck. The sideboard should improve the odds of winning in a second game during tournament play, if you were to actually bring it to a competition of any sort.
