Our game plan is to put out a Grave Pact, a sac outlet like Nantuko Husk or Viscera Seer, and a recurring creature like Gravecrawler or Nether Traitor. This lets us more or less generate a sac trigger per one mana spent recurring Nether Traitor or Gravecrawler.

The synergies don't end there though. To enable gravecrawler's recursion we run a sweet zombie package. Nantuko Husk is also a zombie and combos with Gravecrawler by himself. Not only that, but he also presents a go tall threat since each time you sac a creature to him he gets +2/+2. We also run Dread Wanderer as a back up recursion threat that is still playable from the graveyard after a sweeper, and Cryptbreaker to help us draw into our combos and potentially discard the zombies that come back anyway to make 2/2 zombies. Finally Diregraf Colossus rounds out the top-end zombies, not only giving us another creature that enables Gravecrawler but also giving us a go wide threat since every time we play Gravecrawler from the graveyard Diregraf Colossus will create a 2/2 zombie creature token.

Tragic Slip and Sign in Blood round out the non-creature spells. Tragic Slip is just a great removal spell considering how many of our own creatures will be dying every turn. It can kill almost every creature in modern. Sign in Blood gives us more card draw, allowing us to more easily hit our combos.

When you put it all together this deck is a slightly weird, very grindy deck that shines against creature decks. It struggles against combo decks that don't care about their creatures, and aggro decks that have enough burn to not care about creatures in the later turns of the game.
