This deck plays into two different win conditions: either use your clues to mill your opponent out of cards;or use your clues in combination with Confront The Unknown to buff your creatures and overwhelm your opponent.

-Cards like Erdwal Illuminator and Tamiyo's Journal will increase your Clue generation to cover all your triggers and effects in the deck

-Cards like Press For Answers and Jace's Scrutiny can be used to stall your opponent's attacks until you can begin your Clue generation.

-Cards like Fleeting Memories and Startled Awake will help you peck away at your opponent's library

-To make this an ultimate budget simply make all cards non-foil (the deck more then halve in price)

After some more testing and thought I've removed Epiphany at the drownyard, Byway Courier, and I left only one Second Harvest on the main board. The sideboard still remains empty. In exchange for the downsize I added another Graf Mole, Ongoing Investigation, and one more Sphinx's Tutelage. The cards were removed because they dont have much purpose or hold a strong position in the deck. My hopes of the change is to better synergize the deck while leaving both win conditions open
