Yeah Jace, Cunning Castaway is nearly useless... So what can one do?

In Ixalan's story block Jace got stronger on an island, not only in mass but also in the mind and heart. So lets give him ALL THE ISLANDS by making a mono Blue list

(but... will it help this poor $3 Mythic...)

So the problem with cards like Jace, Cunning Castaway and Admiral's Order you need to be a Blue (or Blue/x) deck with creatures. But that's not really in general Blue's strong suite... So I had to make a Blue creature deck of sorts

The main beater of the deck is Tempest Djinn. Skyship Plunderer is a cheap flyer that can land on turn 2 and help Jace, Cunning Castaway, Karn, Scion of Urza and Walking Ballista get counters.

For "removal" I have Deep Freeze, Walking Ballista and lets say Merfolk Trickster as a tricksy surprise. I did consider Waterknot above Deep Freeze because then my little ground artifacts from Karn and 2/2 dudes from Jace wont be blocked... But a lot of cards have amazing abilities that can still be used when tapped.

What do you think? Does this look like a semi okay home/Island for Jace, Cunning Castaway?
