The strategy of this deck is to stall your opponent by casting instants and sorceries, and to buy you time until you can play Enigma Drake and/or Cryptic Serpent. By the time you cast Enigma Drake you should have a lot of instants/sorceries in your graveyard to make Enigma Drake a high power creature. You probably won't even have to pay any mana for Cryptic Serpent. Baral, Chief of Compliance is in the deck to lower costs for the instants/sorceries. The deck is a simple, but very effective one!
