I changed this description to reflect the changes that I want to make to an old G/W heroic deck that I built a few months ago. I am really interested in utilizing some of the cards from Dragons of Tarkir, hoping that they can add a bit more stability and consistency to the overall deck theme. The core of the heroic creature base is still here with my 1 drop Favored Hoplite, 2 drop Phalanx Leader and 3 drop Fabled Hero . I removed Gods Willing in favor of Center Soul as at does the same thing. I know it costs 1 more to cast, but with rebound I cast it again thus triggering heroic twice. Inspiring Call and Warriors' Lesson provide valuable card draw and Dromoka's Command gives excellent versatility. Citadel Siege adds counters every turn. The one combo element of this deck is Enduring Scalelord. If two Scalelords are on the battlefield at the same time, and one of them gets a +1/+1 counter, it starts a chain reaction between them pumping them up to an incredible amount of counters.
