This deck is mostly netdecked from the other Kiln Fiend/ Nivix Cyclops decks I have seen (many from this website).

This deck was cheap deck made on a small budget so no shock or fetch lands were included. Moreover this deck is confined to just blue red.

I haven't played it yet, but it's something I'm considering buying soon.
