three dropsChandra's Phoenix - a 2/2 flying with haste is good as an offense, and is a recurring creature. why not?Boros Reckoner - a 3/3 very new card in my collection just recently got it. don't know how to describe him. very good blocker even if he may die while blocking as long as the one he is blocking is big, worthit and does not have tram.ple. it throws damage back to the face of the opponent, while being a good blocker he is also an excellent attacker if he is forced to block his damage is like he has trample. cant explain clearly. the only thing i hate about this guy is that he does not have hasteHammer of Purphoros - i mainboardeed 2 due to its good effect on keeping the pressure as creatures enter your battlefield and additionally it helps boros reckoner and fanatic of mogis to attack as soon as it enters the battlefield.
four drops Fanatic of Mogis - a 4/2 for 4 with direct damage to a player. if you tempo out your opponent real good you can make it go to atleast about 4-5 damage to the opponents face
lands only 20 mountains i got no mutavaults i am just another cheap ass player
sideboard4 Skullcrack for those control matchups3 Act of Treason for the monoblack control that has a very good desecration demon in play or those annoying blood baron3 Peak Eruption for any deck that plays shocklands with mountains and especially good in mirror1 Seismic Stomp i find it useful one game when he tried to leave people to chump block my bunch of 2/2 and my fanatic of mogis as it would attack. it helped my people to go through1 Fated Conflagration - supposedly a mizzium mortars but i dont have the card with me so i improvised ( idid not even removed it from the sideboard)2 Searing Blood - this really hurts creature heavy deck1 Pithing Needle - idk why i put it mustve been another slot for another mizzium
i got no combos for the deck just that the pilot must play smart. i lost because i tried to outrun a white wheenie deck i should have just waited for good board presence
metas in our community are devotion to Uw, devotioin to black, black aggro, rakdos rush, Rb aggro, Rw burn, white weenie, devotion to Wu, very few r/g monsters
last week i went 2/1/0 with this deck losing barely to an esper deck due to my reckoners being slow and him having 4 blood barons, faced a naya hexproof and he got manasrewed after i used a peak eruption, and won another match facing an esper control deck.
this week i went 3/1/0 after first fighting with mono black aggro, could be easily overrun and they also like to lose their own life, lost to a white weenie due to not beeing patient during that matchup, won against a Rb aggro due to the help of boros reckoners which closed the game with fanatic of mogis and beeing good blockers as well won against monoR aggro due to siding in 2 more searing spears where i blasted 3 of his and dealing damage to my opponent .
getting some feedback would be really nice.
