Hopefully this is a good sliver deck that counters board wipe and exile. It is NOT perfect by any means. But, staying within the idea that this should be a deck that relies mainly on sliver spells and creatures stacking, this is the best that i could come up with.

I'm trying to keep this deck as budget as possible while also keeping it as effective as possible.
