Amulet of Eternal Dominion

Casual Budget Control Mono-Blue

Penguin3000

Artifact (2)

This is a budget hard control deck. It's running 14 counterspells, and your primary strategy is "don't let your opponent resolve anything". It has four of Primal Amulet   to copy draw spells and Eternal Dominion, which is one of the win conditions, the other being Guile. Foresee and Brainstorm are important for card advantage and they ensure you never run out of counterspells. The goal here is to delay the game until you can get either Eternal Dominion or Guile out. Crawlspace and Fog Bank are there to prevent you getting run over by small creatures or tokens.
