This budget deck plays a bunch of unblockable merfolk and then buffs them with counters, auras, lords, and instants. Merfolk Mistbinder is the perfect card for this deck, but I could only fit in two with a $5 budget. If you can afford another dollar, I'd suggest substituting two more for the Merfolk Sovereign. Other relatively cheap upgrades would include Curious Obsession for Curiosity, Blossoming Defense for Dive Down, and Hashep Oasis for Forests. (Another fun aura to play in this deck is Sigil of Sleep - not as aggressive, but much more irritating for your opponent.)
