I would add some more dual lands, especially red ones. Here's the mana base that I would run: 4 Mystic Monastery; 4 Flooded Strand; 4 Shivan Reef; 3 Battlefield Forge; 1 Haven of the Spirit Dragon; 3 Swiftwater Cliffs; 1 Tranquil Cove; 1 Wind-Scarred Crag; 2 Plains; 2 Island. The combination of needing double-blue on turn two for Silumgar's Scorn, double-red on turn four for Thunderbreak Regent, and double-white on turn five for End Hostilities is rough on the mana. I'd like to find room for another Haven of the Spirit Dragon, but I don't think your color requirements allow for it.

I would also add a couple of Soulfire Grand Master's, because just having a couple of two-drops in your deck makes Ojutai's Command that much better. The number of instants you have in the deck means that it's activated ability will be relevant, and casting Draconic Roar with lifelink against an aggro deck is backbreaking. I'm not sure what I would cut - maybe the Mindswipe and a Monastery Mentor. Finally, I would add the fourth Dragonlord Ojutai, because he's just that good.

Personally, I like Soulfire Grand Master but in this case, the card doesn't fit in my opinion... But I will try it out. Thanks for your comment.
