Mono black control in Modern. I'm calling this budget based on the price for MTGO, but I admit the paper price probably doesn't qualify.

I wanted to try and build a deck around Temporal Extortion/Dash Hopes, as I thought it would be interesting and fun to play (if not necessarily competition-worthy). Continuing with the "choice between a bad thing and a worse thing" theme, I added Painful Quandary and Choice of Damnations.

All feedback is appreciated! (Sideboard help especially, it's more "cards I almost put in main" than a true sideboard currently)
