This decks main mission is to get out Waste Not or Liliana's Caress onto the battlefield then make your opponent discard as often and as consistently as possible using card draw for everyone. Along with that you have your win conditions with possible mill, death by Fate Unraveler and Liliana's Caress or a beat down with zombies from Waste Not.

Whispering Madness - is going to be your number 2 card giving you everything you'll ever want with Waste Not

Fate Unraveler & Spiteful Visions are there to help burn your opponent down some more and giving you some card advantage.

Liliana's Caress will probably be doing most of your damage with Lore Broker and Wistful Thinking .

Master of the Feast - is a nice threat along with keeping your opponents hand full.

Lore Broker - a helpful early drop for your Waste Not or your Fate Unraveler .

Sign in Blood - card draw for you, or fodder for your opponent.

Wistful Thinking - more discard for you, more value for your Unraveler.

Perplex - decent counter and threat to your opponents hand, or can help you put a Wistful Thinking or Master of the Feast in your hand.
