• Start by generating a bunch of Spawns and Scions with Blisterpod, Nest Invader, Call the Scions and Kozilek's Predator.
• Use Metamorphosis to sac one of the above creatures and cast Brian.
• Get extra counters and a card with Implement of Ferocity.
• Use Ranger's Guile (or Vines of Vastwood if you have any left) to protect Brian.
• Use Prey Upon to eliminate immediate threats.
• Sac all the Eldrazi tokens to ramp out Soul's Might (and whatever else) and make a Beefcakebriar.
• Give Brian Trample, then swing for the win.
