This deck uses cards such as Teferi's Puzzle Box and Jace's Archivist in combination with Jace's Erasure to draw massive amounts of cards and to have your opponent mill that amount.There is also Propaganda to slow them down. When the opponent is drawing cards excessively and milling at the same time this can cause their library to disappear quite quickly.
