I really wanted to try to build a mill deck in standard with drowned secrets. What i like with that card is that any blue card helps with the game plan so once we have it on the board we can just focus on staying alive.
Mill is very funy with all those graveyard matters mechanics, and your opponent often helps you mill out.
After quite a bit of playtesting this deck went through a lot of change. It can perform well but requires to know the matchups in order to optimize efficiently the first turns.
I think it does better on a bo3 gamemode (and as a little upside on magic arena, if you crushed the first game the opponent will sometimes be so tilted that he'll simply ragequit the second one...).

This deck changed quite a lot since the first decklist i posted here. I removed a lot of janky cards that were mainly effective against control, and added more answers to hold our ground against aggro.
The main gameplay tip is to wait a few turns before playing drowned secrets or azcanta in order to counter the first few drops (unless against control or green stompy with lanowar elves, where it's better to just land everything we got as soon as possible because we wont have much to counter in the beginning). One of the best plays we have is syncopate/essence scatter turn 2, sinister sabotage turn 3, and drowned secrets + essence scatter turn 4.
Murmuring mystic is really good in this deck as it will provide chump blockers to help the main strategy, block aggro decks on turn 4, and provides an additionnal wincon. (sideboard out against black that will have cheap removals, sideboard all in against aggro and white)
Time of ice feels great against any non token flooding matchups, because it's our only way to deal with early creatures that slips through our counters, it will also allow to control 2 turns at once in order to cast our enchants without loosing tempo.
I don't think there is a lot of choices to explain about the control shell. Maybe i did some mistakes, in that case please advice me.
